Restaurant Style Gravies

In this class I have tried to bring together simple and delicious Indian gravies (also called curries) which are an essential part of Indian meals. They go well with rotis, naan, parathas, pooris as well as with rice dishes like plain rice, pulao & biryani.
Most of the gravies are creamy and rich as we use cashews, nuts, melon seeds, cream and yoghurt. They are flavorful in taste due to use of spices like cumin seeds, cloves, dalchini, chili powder, turmeric powder and elachi.
