Special Pakoda (Special Onion & Coriander Fritters)
This Sindhi preparation, made with besan (gram flour) is most suited for cloudy rainy days to be served with a hot cup of tea.


Aloo & Baingan Pakoda (Potato & Brinjal Fritters)
This is a simple to make dish which consists of sliced aloo and baingan deep fried in a spiced gram flour batter.
